What an amazing adventure this project was!  It's not every day a client asks me to remodel an old Doritos truck.  The retail truck concept was so exciting to me, I really enjoyed every minute--from designing the interior of the truck, shopping the Atlanta Market, to the final install and visual merchandising.  With a lot of help from Nolan's RV in Denver and Te Selle Construction in Boulder, C'est Si Bon evolved into something even greater than I envisioned.  It was an amazing team effort and it feels so great to work on something that's never been done before.  Bon voyage C'est Si Bon!
